  • The product does not match the description or specifications on our website.
  • You received the wrong item.

Items that are used, worn, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
  • Products that have been opened or used beyond initial inspection.

Return Process

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the RMA instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Trydanix is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a defective or incorrect item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are processed after we receive the returned item. We will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.
