4. Refund Policy

Trydanix offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for Keyboards, Mice, and Game Controllers. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Defective products may be replaced or refunded at Trydanix's discretion. 5. Governing Law
